By accessing and using the website, you accept that you are at least 16 years old and you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. To reach us, write to contact@creativeadventureslab.com with "findsandthings" as the subject.
2. Content
Our posts share personal opinions and ideas for the home. They are provided for information only. Prices, availability and product details are set by the sellers and can change at any time, so always check them on the seller's page before buying.
You make your own purchase choices. Before buying, do your own research on the seller's website and check that a product fits your needs and the way you plan to use it, for example its size, materials and care instructions.
3. Affiliate links and purchases
finds & things participates in the Amazon Associates program. Every product link on the site, in a post, on a board or on the shop page, is an Amazon affiliate link. As an Amazon Associate we may earn a small commission on a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to you; this never affects the price you pay.
These products are sold and fulfilled by Amazon or its third-party sellers, not by finds & things. When you click a product, its page opens on Amazon in your browser or the Amazon app, and you continue on Amazon. Depending on where you are, you may be taken to your local Amazon store. Any purchase, payment, delivery, warranty, return, or support is between you and Amazon (or the Amazon seller), governed by Amazon's Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, not these Terms. You contract directly with Amazon or the seller; we are not a party to that transaction and are not responsible for the products, prices, availability, conduct, or fulfilment. What we get told. Amazon reports results back to us in aggregate only: how many people clicked a product link, how many purchases followed, and the commission earned. We are not told who you are. We do not set Amazon's prices or availability, hold stock, take payment, or handle fulfilment, and we are not responsible for the products or for Amazon's conduct.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, lawfully and in good faith. You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- copy, scrape or systematically collect the site's texts, drawings, posters or other content, including with bots, scripts or other automated tools, except as allowed in section 4;
- try to break into, test the weaknesses of, or get around any security measure of the site;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the site or its servers, for example with denial-of-service attacks;
- introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law.
You may not use the site if you are a person or entity subject to restrictive measures (sanctions) adopted by the European Union, if you are owned or controlled by such a person or entity, or if you are acting on their behalf.
6. YouTube videos
Our videos are published on our sister YouTube channel: Le Chantier. The home page shows the latest ones as links; clicking one opens YouTube in your browser or the YouTube app. Watching, commenting and subscribing happen on YouTube, under YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy, not these Terms.
The videos share decoration and interior design tips for general information only. Every home is different: check measurements, materials and safety (for example before drilling, mounting or using electrical items) before you act on a tip, and follow each product's own instructions. You are responsible for the choices and purchases you make.
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that the prices, availability and product details shown are accurate or current. Always check them on the seller's website before buying.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site;
- losses arising from your reliance on information on the site, including product details, prices and tips;
- products you buy, or the content of Amazon, YouTube or any other external site we link to (see sections 3 and 6).

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Before going to court, we encourage you to contact us at contact@creativeadventureslab.com so we can try to settle the matter amicably. Disputes fall under the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rule that lets you bring proceedings where you live. Nothing here prevents you from complaining to a competent consumer or data protection authority.
11. General
- If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it is limited or removed only as much as needed, and the rest stays in effect.
- If we do not enforce a provision, we do not give up the right to enforce it later.
- We are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and mentions légales, are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
